Liz Carlson was invaluable in the way she made a very difficult process seamlessly easy. Home buying is an absolutely emotional experience compounded by our inexperience with the area and the sticker shock of the cost differential between where we came from and where we needed to be. Liz was wonderful in the way that she really listened to what we wanted; community, size, price. Her ability to translate all of that into buying options within an extremely tight time line was invaluable. Because of her experience with the area, location and price, we wound up with the home of our dreams; a little place, full of sunshine and overlooking the sea. Once we made the decision to buy, Liz stayed with us through the entire process from initial contract to close; again, that was hugely helpful as the last time we bought a house was 27 years ago. Even since we have closed, and have come to love where we live, we appreciate her continuing support and guidance.

Liz Carlson is a phenomenal real estate agent. She's smart, informed, organized, determined but not pushy, and extremely loyal to her clients. Liz is easily reached via email or phone -- this may seem like a small thing, but so many agents don't return phone calls immediately. Liz does. She listens, keeps track of every single details and cares about the best outcome for her clients. Liz provided excellent advice regarding improvements to the property to help make it more attractive to potential buyers.

Liz helped us navigate the Swampscott and Marblehead markets when we were relocating from out of state. She was very patient with us as we navigated through many houses with three small kids in tow and a long list of "must-haves". Given that we didn't know much about the area, Liz took the time to show us around town and help us get our bearings. Liz kept a close watch on the market and called us immediately when our current house was coming on the market. She was able to walk us through the whole process and would go out of her way to meet with the many inspector-related/contractors when we were not able to get to Swampscott. We love where we live! And thanks to Liz's superior knowledge of the market, we bought a great house at the right time. Liz is very professional, thorough, thoughtful and has a great sense of humor which are all important during a particularly stressful, life-changing event.
